SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
All merchandise is crafted by hand at our facility in Florida. Kindly allow approximately 1–3 days for creation and preparation prior to dispatch.
Processing Timeframes
Standard / Ground Orders:
Please anticipate 3–4 business days for order preparation (weekends and U.S. federal holidays excluded) before the parcel is released to the carrier.
Second-Day / Next-Day Orders:
Expedited orders require up to 24 hours for processing (excluding weekends and federal holidays) prior to shipment.
PO Box & Military Addresses:
Shipments destined for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses can only be sent via our standard shipping service. Expedited or UPS options are currently unavailable for these locations.
Transit & Tracking
Delivery timelines begin once your package has officially shipped. Please be aware that tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives your parcel.
LOST, MISSING, OR DELAYED
Although rare, transit complications may occur and we sincerely apologize should this happen. Our shipping partners typically operate reliably, but seasonal volume surges and unexpected logistical issues may occasionally cause delays.
Please reconfirm that the address provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after shipment and the address is correct, reach out to us at oasisbotanicalsofficial@gmail.com and we will do everything in our ability to assist.
Please note: We cannot assume liability for packages that become lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
30-Day Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date from haltwear.com.
Return Shipping
We are glad to provide a full refund for approved returns; however, the cost of sending the item(s) back to us is the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Process
Once the return arrives, our team will assess the item(s) and notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within up to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Condition Requirements
Returned merchandise must be in pristine, resale-ready condition, including all original tags, labels, and packaging.
Place of Purchase
Only products purchased directly through our website may be returned to us.
Pillows
Due to hygienic considerations, pillows cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective.
Final-Sale Items
Products purchased during final-sale promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges
To receive an alternative item promptly, we recommend initiating a return and then placing a new order once your return has been accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please examine your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if you receive a defective or incorrect product so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Digital Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
